บริษัทได้เริ่มก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2539 โดย คุณภูวศิษฐ์ สุริยวรสิทธิ์ (คุณสมจริง)ภายใต้ ชื่อ First Part & Service Co.,Ltd. ในขณะนั้นมีพนักงาน เพียง 7 คน ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 84/21-22 หมู่ที่ 2 ต.บางกะดี อ.เมือง จ.ปทุมธานี 12000
ในปี 2541 เพื่อเป็นการรองรับการขยายตัวทางธุรกิจของลูกค้า และการบริการที่ประทับใจ บริษัทจึงย้ายที่ทำการ จากที่ทำการเดิมมาอยู่ที่ 113 หมู่ 6 ถ.ติวานนท์ ต.บ้านใหม่ อ.เมือง จ.ปทุมธานี 12000 พร้อมเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น First inter Part & Service Co.,Ltd. ครอบคลุมการบริการพื้นที่ภาคกลาง จังหวัด กรุงเทพฯ ปทุมธานี นนทบุรี สมุทรปราการ สมุทรสาคร สุพรรณบุรี อ่างทอง สงห์บุรี ชัยนาท นครสวรรค์ บริการส่งสินค้าทั่วประเทศไทย
ในปี 2549 บริษัทได้เปิดสาขาที่ สุราษฎร์ธานี ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 6 หมู่ 2 ต.เขานิพพันธ์ อ.เวียงสระ ครอบคลุมการให้บริการจังหวัด สุราษฎร์ธานี ชุมพร นครศรีธรรมราช กระบี่ ตรัง ภูเก็ต พัทลุง สงขลา(หาดใหญ่) โดยมีทีมผู้บริหาร ที่เชี่ยวชาญ
ในปี 2561 บริษัทได้ย้ายที่ทำการใหม่ เพื่อเป็นการรองรับสินค้าและบริการ อย่างเต็มรูปแบบให้มากขึ้นและครบครันมากกว่าเดิม ตั้งอยู่ที่ 87/10 หมู่ 6 ต.สวนพริกไทย อ.เมืองปทุมธานี จ.ปทุมธานี 12000 เป็นที่ทำการ ณ.ปัจจุบัน
